PROCESSING TIME
The time it takes me to prepare an order for shipping varies.
Please note that working days are Monday to Friday from 8.30am - 4.30pm and exclude national holidays. If your order arrives after 12:00 AM, the next business day will be the first business day of your processing time. This also applies to any order placed on a weekend or national holiday. If your order contains a PreOrder item, all items will be shipped at the same time.

DISPATCH
We are super excited to deliver your order and ship all orders as quickly as possible! Orders are generally processed and shipped within the specified time (see above), but sometimes it may take a little longer depending on the busy seasons (PLEASE NOTE: Saturdays and Sundays are not business days!).
This does not apply to pre-orders, so please check the description of the item you purchased.

TRACKING
All orders within Belgium include tracking with an expected delivery time of 5-7 working days (NOTE: this does not apply to pre-orders).
Please be patient and allow time for your package to arrive to you safely.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If goods arrive damaged, our customer service team must be contacted within 48 hours. We take no responsibility for goods damaged during or after delivery due to poor handling or storage.

RETURNS
If clothing does not fit, our customer service must be contacted within 48 hours. This way we can take the necessary actions for the right size. Returns cannot be made after 48 hours. Is it a gift; then it must be stated when purchasing the goods.

REFUNDS
We do not provide refunds.
